Came to say the same thing. He drove it hard and explained exactly why he was driving it hard (which was very much related to fixing the issue). He wasn't whipping donuts in an empty parking lot. He wasn't hopping curbs or going off road. He was safely driving on roads keeping it just below redline (since I wasn't

A. He didn't complain about his motor, he complained about his driveline which would have to be damned flimsy to be injured by what these guys were doing.

This thing looks more boring than the sedan. It's OK though, that is also the case for the 4 series, which basically looks like a 6 series with shrunken wheel wells. Any luxury/sports coupe that doesn't make you stop and stare from its beauty/fluidity/aggression/suggestiveness is a failed design IMO. Only coupes in

People autocross Mustangs and track them all the time. The abuse doing that is significantly higher than anything I see in this vid. That doesn't mean that the dealer didn't do worse when the camera was off. But if this is worst they did to the car and that is all it can handle there is no reason for it to exist.

I don't see anything in the dash cam video that should stress the drivetrain. If what the mechanic did caused vibrations and repairs, what would autocrossing or a track day do to a Mustang?

I own one as a winter beater. Best $1000 car Ive ever owned.

There didn't seem to be a narrative behind the shots, just "look at how cool the tesla looks, o and here's some stock footage(it looked stock) that we're going to cut between to build "atmosphere" and metaphors."

Woulda been cooler if lightning had actually hit the car.....

I think you meant to say This Is Officially The WORST Tesla Advertisement Ever

Precision welding makes this thing stronger than most car frames. Just because it hasn't been side impact tested doesn't mean it isn't strong, just keep hands and legs in said vehicle in the event of a crash. I prefer this one.

The new Miata comes out this September. The Alfa/Fiat/Abarth version shouldn't be too far behind it!

Damm it Jaguar, get to it already!

Um, let's see......... A used viper, hellcat, jaguar f-type and maybe a Nissan gtr

If I had to spend all $64k on something else... a 2009, 2010 one of these:

Corvette Stingray Z51 1LT. Sure you don't get a back seat, it'll be similar performing and actually have some real character.

You're on an enthusiast site like Jalopnik citing a snooz-rag like Consumer Reports to dis a car's features? Perhaps you should drive one - It works and, for anyone buying one, it's an awfully cool draw.
