The square grill everybody’s bitching about works.  It doesn’t look like a gaping mouth like in so many cars, like the Miata, making it look like a smiling fish or cartoon.  Clean and simple, no fake vents, perfect.

Beautiful car. No fake vents, and that grill everybody is bitching about, if they made it rounder, it would have that happy mouth look like Miatas. It’s perfect, one of the few cars where designers online tried to “fix” it, and the simplicity of Nissan’s original shined brighter.
