I had a Honda Elite... Loved that thing....

I was thinking Far Cry myself....

The Susuki SV650(s) or the Kawasaki Ninja 650R. I got the Ninja 650R even though I wanted a SV650S but wasn’t able to find one at the time that could beat the mileage, price and condition of the Ninja 650R at the time that I was looking for my first bike.

VW has been doing great things with the MKVII. I would love to see this offered stateside, and I’m sure many others would as well.

Yeah, unless the Levorg comes stateside with a manual transmission I’m pretty certain I’ll be getting either a Focus RS, Golf R, or see what Mazda does with the next MS3. I considered the Forester XT too, but I want a manual. Subaru is not doing a good job of trying to keep their hatch back WRX owners....

X2. Or bring the Levorg stateside..... I’m not sure how well a 5dr hatch will look on the current model year WRX as much as I want to see a hatch return. I’d be happy to see the Levorg make its way across the Pacific however.

Yeah, people were also speculating that would happen with the C6 ZO6 because of the LS7. Haven’t seen it happen yet for either. I would like to either get a low mileage supercharged C5 ZO6 or a C6 ZO6. Guess I’ll see where the prices are of both in a couple years.

But I think the production numbers of both generation

I’m seeing C5 ZO6’s selling for less than $25k w under 50k miles now. Lots of 2004 Commemorative Editions are starting to also come down in price now.

The Volvo V60 T6 R-design is on my wanted list of wagons. Just out of my price range brand new, but I’m waiting for some of these to hit the used car market at a more affordable price.

Even the V60 T5s are holding their value quite well in the mid 30k range U.S.D so I may be waiting a while for the V60 T6 R-Design....

I’m just as skeptical as you are, trust me. But every article I have read regarding the next MS3 has been speculating that it’ll be AWD. I’m not holding my breath though. At least there’s the Golf R and Focus RS, right?

I too am feeling your pain. I’m looking for a replacement to my 11 WRX 5dr in 1-2 years and would prefer it to be a wagon, but the current wagon offerings just aren’t cutting it for me. And even a used CTS-V wagon, or an older Volvo V70R will either be out of my price range if I could find one, or have too high of

I showed my wife the Jeep Renegade and when her lease is up, we’re going to visit a Jeep dealer to have her test drive one. She leased a Liberty years ago and has had 3 sedans since then so I think she’d be open to getting another Jeep.

I would totally be down if VW gave the Beetle some balls and either brought back the RSI or (called it an R) and dropped in the Golf R powertrain and drivetrain. I’d be even more exstatic if they made it rear engined and RWD again, but I know that probably never going to happen.

I find this concept ugly. Although it

Agreed. I was going to reply and say this is worth $4,500-$5k tops for a non-turbo MR2.

How does a collector’s insurance policy enforce that mileage restriction? They get your current mileage when you buy the insurance policy and if you get into an accident within 12 months and the mileage on the ODO is greater than 6,000 miles from what it was stated at when coverage began, than they can rightfully deny

If 4Motion becomes an option, I would get a 1.8TSI (Manual 4Motion) Golf Wagon SE.

I had to look at it really hard to realize it was a Golf R. I personally thought it was a Sonic at first glance.

Thanks! That’s good to know!

Congratulations Doug! You got a really clean one I see! So you were actually able to order it through Japanese Classics LLC?

I’m dying to get my hands on a FD RX7 and I know they were sold here, but I’m curious in three years to see what an imported JDM FD RX7 will be selling for state side. I imagine it won’t be any

I’m sure there will still be more dealer incentives to bring the price down a bit more. At $58k (After Federal Tax credits), it’s still too expensive. So it still has what a $65-$66 MSRP? it needs to be under $60k BEFORE Federal Tax credits. If you’re not buying one outright with cash which you would be stupid to
