So basically Dodge is discounting the current generation SRT to what the previous generation SRT-10 used to cost back in the day.

A local Dodge dealer in Metro Detroit was advertising on the radio a $20k discount on the Viper.
As reader Jeremy Overholster points out, for people who grew up in that era the cars are very easily distinguished but for most everyone younger, they're all just the same.
Exactly why I bought a '11 WRX 5dr. I thought the 5dr looked much better with the flared fenders. I live in a state that gets snow (a lot last winter) and I love that I can throw a 14 foot tandem kayak on the roof, two bicycles, paddles, pfds, a cooler and a day bag all in my WRX and still have room for more.
Yeah I saw this on LLN last night. Very happy to see this as a '11 WRX 5dr owner. I was about to take my money elsewhere in 2-3 years when I plan to replace my WRX if Subaru wasn't going to offer a hatch variant.
Only thing is that I'm not really a fan of the current Impreza 5dr hatch, and I really don't care for the…
Probably not the "biggest" case, but definitely one for those of us that love wagons. Subaru not offering the Levorg stateside is giving me total automotive blue balls since all I want is an affordable AWD turbocharged wagon with a manual transmission.
Especially if Mazda utilizes a part time FWD biased AWD system which let's face it if they do offer AWD that's what it will most likely be.
This is one of the reasons why I'll be holding on to my 11 WRX 5dr hatch for a little longer. If Mazda offers the next MS3 with AWD and as long as I can get it in a 5dr hatch, it'll be number one on my list for a replacement car. Especially if it's less than the price of a Golf R which I hope it would be even with…
Beetle. It had to be mentioned already but it has to be the VW Beetle.
They have the Levorg. They just aren't selling it in North America...... :/
The FA20 with 296hp isn't new per-say. It's only offered in the JDM in the Levorg, Legacy and now the WRX S4. Well those are the only vehicles I know off of the top of my head that got this version of the FA20.
Pretty hyped that they are using the higher output (296hp) engine in this, but then Subaru ruined it by mating it only to a CVT and not offering it with a manual. But it's only being offered in Japan so I guess it doesn't really matter to me anyways.
CP. I have seen LS1/T56 swapped Miatas selling for less.
CP. For a little more you can pick up a used Exige S.

I'm a stout defender of the 2nd Amendment, and also have my CPL, but just because you CAN open carry doesn't mean you should. The people that walk around in open public open carrying semi-automatic rifles that are intending on doing this to educate the public or do it as a form "protest" are doing more harm than good.…
Yes, but it's a little more restricted compared to other states, say Indiana.
Will be forwarding this to my buddy. Maybe he'll consider selling his 04 Jetta GLI that's got like 140k miles on it and pick up a low mileage Cobalt SS on the cheap for his new daily since his other car is a ZO6.
Yeah, I would have emptied my bowels so quickly having to drive through that. Hopefully I never have to experience that personally. Props to the firefighters though. Hope they all make it out safe while battling the wildfires in our country.
I'm all for any car company that can top the Renault Megane "RS Trophy-R GT500 SS GTR SRT GTS Type R....." especially if it's with a normal production version car and not some limited production version that only is limited to a couple hundred models.
