And the winner for "Most Wikipedia Articles I Had To Read To Get The Jokes In A Single Post" goes to Mr. Torchinsky!

Is that yours?

As someone with a 14 year old dog, I feel your pain. The thought of losing him scares me to death.

I just lost a tuxedo cat in December of last year. She was at least 17 years old at the time and we knew it was coming, but it still hurts.

In the US, you can only get BBC America, which shows a cut, edited version with commercials a week after it airs originally.

What do you mean, cars can't jump over buses? Maybe not Hyundais...

Die Hard: ASPCA

I think it's about time for Chrysler to stop milking the "Imported From Detroit" thing. The first one was epic, the second was ok and now it's just starting to feel old.

Judging by the position of the Challenger it looks like the truck saved it.

If it's a Donk there's a 99.999% chance the owner is black.

Jumping off this, /Drive and even TST isn't some small start up any more. You might not have the readership of MT, but you guys are still seriously in the face of a lot of people. A good /Drive video will get millions of views. How exactly go you get the "muscle" that the mags have? Sell them "advertising"?

EB gets the same fuel economy towing up the mountain. If you're moving upwards of 15k lbs at full throttle up a steep grade you're going to suck some gas.

Labor cost hardly matter, though US autoworkers are hardly overpaid when you consider they makes less than Canadian or German workers. But that's beside the point- labor and materials cost is very similar, but the prices for smaller trucks has to be much smaller to get people to buy them. They don't get much better

Ford never advertised the Raptor as being invincible, and if you think that's a reasonable expectation from any vehicle, let alone a $44,000 production truck you're an idiot. It's a mid travel off road truck that does the safest thing it can do when it is severely over driven.

The fact is, small trucks aren't really cheaper than big trucks so people don't buy them. Further, the Toyota Tacoma, the small V6 truck that is a size under the Tundra/F150 gets similar or worse gas mileage than a F150 and costs about the same.

It is built to work. The people that need them to work need that capability. The F Series, of which the F150 is the smallest and lightest, is built to do work- to tow, haul and carry. The SVT Raptor was built to go off road. Just because some people don't use all the capability all the time doesn't mean the truck is

The fact is, a regular F150 would tear a Hilux apart in terms of capability. It can tow over 11,000 lbs, so it needs to have enough power to move 11k lb plus the weight of the truck. Putting a 6.2L V8 in a small truck sounds like fun, but it wouldn't make a better truck.

33" tires on 20" wheels

That's a Raptor SUV. Technically, this is the Raptor limo
