I loved this interview, but now I’m obsessed with your comment because this sentence reminds me so much of my mother—in her most savage incarnation—that I can’t stand it:

It needn’t, but it’s only another way of communicating. That’s like asking, “Why would talking about their marriage play a part in anything?”
I think because I’ve done social media professionally in the past I’ve gotten especially forgiving of different user modalities... People interpret social spaces online *so* differently.
I find lots of “I WUV U” posts obnoxious, but in general I don’t feel dislike for the way people obviously exclusively pepper their social media accounts with the good stuff. As far as I’m concerned Instagram and Facebook are contemporary photo albums, and who saves photos of terrible memories? (Then again, I’m also…
So in my “real life” I have seen a lot of couples separate, then get back together, then fight publicly, then get back together, then fight privately... ad nauseum. Not that it means much, but they all have posted lots of happy looking Instagram photos, etc., whenever they’re having a Together Moment.*
That’s not what this is about, Troll Who’s Somehow Out Of The Greys. Mexico not *paying* for something has nada to do with Mexican emigration.
I love love love that haircut and I wish my hair weren’t curly so I could do it.
I like it a lot for leggings, but only leggings. I think I have like 10 of them from Fabletics?
Thanks! I will check it out, definitely!
For the sizes this seems to be targeted at, it is *not* more expensive than a proper bra. Once you go over a DDD, the prices for bras get bonkers.
It’s meant as a punishment, a long and extremely difficult one. The actively and with malice tried to ruin another person’s life—and almost succeeded!—for what looks for all intents and purposes like publicity for blogs/social media.
Statements like this make it sound like you are in support of 1-to-1 compensation:
What I’m learning from this comment section is that the numbers of people who read contracts are roughly equivalent with the numbers of people who click through and read source articles.
I’m a creative contractor/freelancer who both works for other contractors (agencies) and hires them… I understand the system.
Not a minor contract dispute. Colossal defamation on an international scale.
You just sound like someone who undervalues creative services like photography here.
Read the linked WaPo story, it explains all this. She wasn’t a freelancer, she had an entire studio of employees. These people tore her entire business apart in the international press on purpose.
I realize you’re joking a little bit, but even an asshole rooster who gets its neck wrung for being its assholiest has a WAY better life and death than chickens raised by factory farms.
Sounds like you don’t know what time it is.
Starred for Jemaine!
