That is a lot of words just to say that the first two letters were already taken which was my understanding initially. Nice bit of history though, thanks.

How the hell did I not hear of this when I was a kid?

Ares Armor sent a crayon drawing to the ATF explaining how a 80% lower isn't a firearm

You know, if you really want something to get upset about, you should check out gunbroker.com.

This is basically the ebay of firearms, and subject to all applicable laws*, you can buy almost any type of gun you can imagine over there.

The construction is no different from what a car muffler looks like if you cut it in half. Because that's what a suppressor/silencer is....a muffler for a gun.

From this company's website (SilencerCo), thought it could add to your comment..... They even say, in this picture, that they just make it safer.

Perhaps he just visually examined the list and has a number starting with "750", which was supposedly never issued.

So you followed a link on some website and then entered your SSN...? Smart.

I'm impressed. A whole 3D printed gun article on Gizmodo in which the word scary wasn't used a single time.

If you can't qualify for a completely free account from Chase, you probably shouldn't be spending money on Spotify. Seriously, they have entry-level accounts that are specifically designed for people who just want a place to hold their money until they binge spend it. The 'requirements' are designed to prevent static
