I guess my assumption is that Twitch doesn’t want to be primarily used for sexystreams. I don’t particularly care about Twitch or its users and content makers - just trying to emdiate the two apparent sides. If the goal is to allow people who don’t want to see or create sexystreams to have a place free of

Not necessarily; successful streamers who aren’t interested in doing sexy stuff may not want to have their brands associated with it for a variety of reasons other than fear that it will take money away from them. Some might just not want there to be an expectation that they’ll wear bikinis or whatever on their

Twitch should allow whatever but re-tag and re-categorize streams that really focus on the streamers’ bodies away from general gaming categories and tags. Shuffle them off into their own little sexystreaming land or whatever.

Lol he was a corrupt thug in the administration so it stands to reason he'll be the same at Blizzard Activision. Seems like a weird choice to me!

Yes, I understand tons of people are en masse trying to play chicken with the short sellers to prove something. But there presumably are people both on the investing side and at Gamestop that believe GS has something worthwhile. I was more asking what there possibly could be of value at GS at all, not pretending like

Theoretically I guess he could say that GS would raise more money by issuing more stock to take advantage of the demand. *shrugs*

It amazes me that people think GS is salvageable. Do they even have anything worth buying except at bankruptcy prices? Is there some process or relationship another company might want to acquire? Is the brand itself worth anything at all?

Amazon is just okay as a game store. An innovative competitor could do significantly better.

For me, it was a month ago. :)

My favorite thing about Stadia is that it failed in exactly the way I and many, many others predicted.

Sounds like the sort of mindless grind lots of folks love but I just don’t get.

Ah, Star Citizen - the grift that never ends.

It would be nice to have an online gaming hardware retailer that didn’t push cheap knockoff junk when you want to buy gaming peripherals. I do not have faith Gamestop will be that online retailer.

WallStreetBets is just full of memes, weird rich guy hagiography and self-congratulatory garbage. How is someone supposed to sort the wheat from the chaff re: due diligence?

I would not be surprised if he negotiated a severance and an NDA about the specifics. Or he decided he could make more money for less work on the right-wing outrage circuit.

I have recently started playing Persona 5 Royal and I absolutely love it, despite some major flaws. I really find musou games unenjoyable, though - is this an official sequel or more of a side story?

I would think Google is rich and smart enough to buy exemptions for data caps, but you're right and I'm probably wrong.

I think the fast internet connection requirement locked out a lot of potential customers. I also think that mire people than Google expected balked at the idea of “buying” streaming-only games for 40+ bucks.

Unsurprising.

I thought RTX series card had chips or cores dedicated to running DLSS 20 that earlier cards lack.
