I don't know who usually does her makeup, but it's not the first time that she's been made up in a way that looks like she's auditioning for "White Chicks 2". :-/

I wonder if they might someday relax the All White, All the Time requirement enough to allow non-white bloomers. I played tennis in high school, and we had white uniforms that all the girls hated. Our coach would let us wear navy bloomers, though, if we wanted to (and during our periods, we ALL wanted to.)

The Demille award is for humanitarian contributions (by actors/entertainment people... whatever they decide that means), not actually for acting. So the joke is that he's getting a humanitarian award instead of his Human Rights Attorney wife.

He'd been seriously ill for months, so I imagine that ESPN had a package prepared for when his time came.

Excellent! But shouldn't it be Musicals and Yogurt?

Didn't the guys from Pentatonix do this about a month ago (and, IMO, did it better)?

My trick for the turkey is to rub butter under the skin, and then cook the whole bird inside of one of those plastic Reynolds turkey bags. It always comes out juicy and cleanup is super easy!

He was awful in Les Mis, but I blame the people who casted the show more than I blame him. You could see it on his face, he knew he was over his head, but what's he gonna do?

I would guess it's because women in colder climates double up on their footwear. Wearing warm snowboots into the office and then changing into a kicky little pair of pumps is pretty much par for the course between November and April where I live (Western NY state).

I just rented a dress from them in September, and the reviews seem to be pretty spot-on in critiquing the fit. You also get the same dress in any 2 sizes you choose, so you can choose to get your usual size and then the next size up/down also, if you're concerned about fit. I did this and ended up wearing the bigger

I am also one of the SuperPalePeople, and I was wondering why they didn't light her better. Pale is fine, not everyone needs to be Ballroom Dancer Orange, but the pictures almost look overexposed or washed out. (Can digital photography be overexposed?)

There was also a crossover series where she made out with one of the Hardy Boys when they were trapped in a cabin together after an avalanche. ESCANDALOS!! I loved Nancy Drew, but why was no one concerned about her solving/exposure to violent crimes as a teenager?

I feel like these "All Star" versions usually end up being awful, but this one actually turned out pretty great. The fact that they used one of the best pop songs ever probably helps. Lovely!

Exactly - it's fair to not expect someone to know ALL of the ways eggs can be prepared, but to not know any? I can understand being confused about, say, over easy vs. medium, but to have never seen a drawing of a fried egg? It's mind blowing.

Emily Blunt's dress for wedding is absolutely gorgeous. And I don't know who the blonde escorting Bill Murray is, but she brought some A game fashion and hairstyle!

Maybe it's just my local Gap, but I stopped going there for anything because all they seemed to have were clothes that screamed "trying to be edgy!" and came off more as "ill-fitting and cheaply made stuff you'll never wear". I actually HOPE they start to carry more "normal" clothes again, because sometimes you just

Yeah, given that he is widely known to have been heavy into drugs and arrested a few times in the 90's, I'm not sure pulling the celebrity card was going to help him there. Secondary to the fact that no one remembers who Scott Weiland is. :-/

This so much! And can I piggyback a request that the "pockets" should be able to hold a cellphone, wallet, key ring and maybe a tube of lipstick! Not the micropockets that we currently get where you can't even fit in your driver's license (and if you somehow DO cram it into said pocket, extraction requires

3. "Purposefully misinterpreted"— is that a thing that can happen?

I just saw my congratulatory email a few minutes before seeing this article and forwarded it to my husband with the comment "Social Media data mining fail!" (No kids, none on the horizon, none planned right now.) I'm sure it's someone's honest mistake (accidentally sent to all female users, as opposed to people who
