Exactly. The Red Cross Book (an official glossary written by Gainax) mentions LCL is blood-like, not that it’s actually blood. Also, it says that the orange LCL inside entry plugs and the red liquid in Lilith’s are the same (the difference in color may be due to it being electrically charged.)
I imported some Bandai PokéPla for my online store a few months ago and these are amazing, yet I don’t quite like the not fully evolved Pokémon relying heavily on stickers (the Dratini/Dragonair/Dragonite suffers from this problem the most.)

Sometimes their molding work is outsourced to China where the company in charge “loses” some molds and a related company uses them with lower quality materials in order to produce them. I had a Pokémon Red vs Blue Nendoroid whose sculp was awesome (just like the original) but the plastic and the paint job was terrible.
