iOS user right? PoGo pauses my music on my Android too but I am able to play it from the notification shade once the map is shown. I haven’t run on your other issues though.

There is rampant piracy on “the most ‘secure’ OS on earth” (iOS) as well (just google any apps’ name and write “.IPA” next to it and you’ll see what I’m talking about), so it isn’t really an excuse to not design a new console on a friendly OS. Piracy will always happen.
