I think this is so amazing. When I was young, long before I transitioned, I entertained fantasies of being a movie star, but the idea of being an actor and trans was not something visible. The only remote example was Carolyn Cossey, and if anything hers was an example of why it was a terrible road to go down, at least

If it’s a boat per the USCG, then he’s got personal flotation devices, flares, and other safety equipment, right?

I’m excited for this storyline, but it really bothers me to see Moira turn heel. She was always one of my favorite side characters in the X-stories. Kinda the reasonable mom if mutants were a sitcom.

Agree. I’ve arrived late into Gundam, but I watched 8th MS on Hulu and really enjoyed it.

Yeah, pretty sure I paid to rent it on Amazon just to cross it off my list, then saw it appear on HBO Max a few months later.

I just caught up w S6, and haven’t begub the final season of the main show.

Just the other day I was wondering when Torch and Tracy would leave. I’ve been a reader for years, despite some of the ahem ch-ch-ch-changes. Been a fan of both.

The plot of the second one might make more sense.

Came here to +1 what others have said - I really liked him in Rome, and his Punisher was the better of the two.

Came here expecting the Reverend Horton Heat. Disappointed, but I learned about a new-to-me song today.

Back in the halcyon days of 1997, when I was but a year old

I’m partial to Firestar, but not for this role.

I hadn’t considered this till reading the recap, but I’m wondering how they’re treating age in this galaxy far far away.

I am glad I wasn’t the only one who read him as Black K. I have to think through the timeline though...Book of B is taking place after Mando, which is after the original trilogy but not the third trilogy? And IIRC the Aphra-Vader teamup was after Empire but before Return...and TBH I’m not sure anymore when Aphra’s

Oh it’s terrible, and I loved it. The song was in my head for an hour the other morning - so earwormy yet awful.

I have a younger 9-5 estate (2005 manual) so this caught my eye.

I listened to this most recently in the end credits to one of the Hawkeye episodes. I hadn’t remembered the lyrics being quite so randomly cruel. Brain full of spiders? Abysmal equestrian skills? It’s like someone so put out with someone else that they’re grasping at language, poorly, to express their feelings.

I want a long cut to Pink Floyd’s “Mother”.

I’m happy to see this finally coming out. I’ve kinda settled on a Ranger being my next car, though prolly not for a couple years at least.

I just want to nominate all the stars to you for, “ the Weimar Republic economy of Forza”. Picayune, spot-on, and true all at once.
