Xanadu has a special place in my heart. I was seven and had a little crush on Gene Kelly after seeing Singin’ in the Rain, then I watched Xanadu and totally wanted to be ON-J, even though at that tender age I had an awareness that this movie was nowhere in the same league as ‘Rain.

Oh yeah. I’m back in Ranger-mode after falling under Bronco hype. If I’m willing to go auto then for the same money I get get a top-level trim 4x4 on the Ranger for what a mid-range trim Bronco is going for.

I’m all over the place. I’ve been a happy station wagon owner for six years now, but leaning towards truck or truck-adjacent. I’ve been excited about all the Ford truck launches the past three years, from the relaunched Ranger in the US, the Bronco, the Lightning, and the Maverick.

This might finally get me to try Apple TV+. I read the books 35 years ago, as my family moved across the country. The first three were bound together, I read the fourth shortly after.
