I have a 2005 Saab 9-5 turbo stickshift turbo FWD wagon that I put up to three long boats on. I can park it in a garage in Manhattan with said boats on the roof.

Same. It was laughable. Like at one point “1994 discovered Photoshop and Premier effects” laughable.

I’m not so much hate-watching as meh-watching. I feel like the budget is really showing.

I’m seriously re-thinking my truck choices now. I ordered a hybrid Maverick last September, knowing I would be waiting months. It’s OK, my current ride is fine, I wasn’t in a rush.

I don’t think Rhodey was meeting foreign leaders in Moscow; then again I could not for the life of me come up with a reason for Pakistan to be apparently the only non-European country at the table that was decidedly Euro-centric. I am pretty sure that scene was after Talos and Fury left Moscow, and might have been

The YouTube outings are what finally got me to watch Strange New Worlds, and it’s working - I’m fixin’ to sign up for Paramout+ for Trek and other things.

Oh good, Cable and Bishop are together. Big dudes from the future with big guns have got to stick together.

Mister Gradenko and I have been speedballing S1 since it came on YouTube. It definitely feels like TOS Trek, updated.

Needs more Toto:

Nailed it.

Mister Gradenko lives in Rockland County not far from theTZ, and we still call it the Tappan Zee Bridge. What’s weird is that this puts us in alignment politically with people who, based on their yard signs, are the far opposite of us, yet call for the bridge to be the Tappan Zee Bridge.

A lot of countries have restrictions on foreign ownership. In some cases you can’t own the land but you can own the improvements and structures. For developing nations in particular, it’s a way to protect themselves from selling themselves out.

I’ve come into the series late, about a year and a half ago, just on Snowrunner. I’m about halfway through Amur. Having not played Mudrunner I can only confirm that yeah, as Season 1 progressed the missions got longer and more convoluted.

Agree with others this was the first ep I felt engaged with. All the flowery lingual stances, pageantry, finally got out of the way for some plot converging.

I got my hybrid in yesterday working remotely w my dealer. I’d already sent my wish list off the Ford build-a-bear site. He emailed me a PDF, I signed electronically, sent a pic of my license and promised a check in the mail.

Oh wow, this is sad. Literally just the other day I was wondering, “what happened to that Kotaku editor Fahey”. I remember him blogging about his first big health scare a few years ago on Kotaku.

I love my Saab 9-5 wagon: FWD, turbo, manual, capable of hauling people and kayaks anywhere. Even though atm it’s holed up at a shop awaiting final diagnosis of a clutch issue.

I’ve been fantasy truck-shopping with all the new options coming out, but I am still super happy with the drivability of my five-speed turbo wagon. I was in western PA this weekend and gearing down for hills was kinda nice, and it’s a good hauler for my primary driving: kayak kayak camp also kayak.

The Ford financials were a sharp turn off the Lightning event the other day - especially blaming Rivian.

I would take a carve out of that budget for more Teenage Bounty Hunters pls.
