Yes, please.

The drink you’re describing is lovingly called Korea (Cola Rotwein) in Germany and a staple to get cheaply and sweetly drunk before going to a club for teenagers everywhere. Well, technically. When I was growing up, it was mostly a drink of the rural girls who bought really cheap red wine and made it drinkable by

I’m sorry to say it, but it’s not exactly only recently that the UK government is waffling about. At least from the outside it seems to have been in that state for a few years.

I exercise early mornings, it’s best for me. I always have a light snack half an hour before I start - usually a crisp bread with cheese and tomato with some herbal tea. My breakfast proper is after my workout, usually overnight oats.

Can someone explain to me why sourdough is considered difficult? Time intensive as in needs quite a bit of planning: yes. But difficult....? Not in my experience. You don’t even need yeast! Like kneading dough? There are recipes for that. Want to make a no knead version? There are recipes for that. Granted, you can’t

Pain is in my wrists, not in my  hands. For some reason my wrists are okay with snatches, even when it’s 3x10, but complain quickly when its snatch grip OH squats. Just as clean grip OH is vastly better for my wrists with hardly any complaint at all.

To break a lance for Belgravia, it looks like a rough match for the Grand Duchy Lithuania - it’s part of the forgotten kingdoms: there used to a huge ass country.

my wrists are mostly fine frontsquatting - what would be more helpful for me is how to avoid pain in the snatch grip OH squat. Aside from wristwraps, is there anything I can do?

While I’d agree that he’s been the cause of at least one abortion, I’m not convinced he actually paid for it.

Haven’t done dumbbell snatches in a while - but I remember them as being a lot of fun.

Not really, especially with kettle bells you can do either one or two handed and with the dumbbell as well (though I’ve done it less often). One handed is obviously the easier choice.

Dumbbell power snatches are great.

Whenever it feels more comfortable using one than not using one. For me that is usually around the point of 75-80% of my one rep max. Belts help me push my one rep max further than I can get without one. But. Important. If you really don’t like weightlifting belts and have no trouble with the lifts: don’t use one. I

I come from a country where religious courses are offered at every state school. Religious classes can be faith based (usually in line with the local population - mostly catholicism, protestantism and islam) and every school has to include a non faith based option. Can be called ethics, philosophy or something

Arsenic is natural. Belladonna is plant-derived. Opium is plant-derived. Just because something is natural and/or plant derived does not mean it is healthy and safe to ingest.

What? Of course people eat raw asparagus. Shaved asparagus salad with parmigiano is delightful.

I love learning about regional food varieties - thank you. I’ll have to look up northern spy, I somehow doubt that it’s available in my area. But if, I’ll want to give it a try.

sounds very tasty.

Good to know.

I don’t live in the US, so decent apples for a variety of purposes are available at any supermarket.
