It originated from Critical Miss over on the escapist, so yeah I believe so. Originally the third panel was supposed to be who I assume to be Jason Schreier (http://www.escapistmagazine.com/articles/view/…) but it seems Ben Garrison here swapped Anita's head on there and changed 'racist' to 'sexist'.
