Yes, so much to this. I was reading something recently about the tremendous Fiona Hill,  but was so angry to see comments about her northwest accent.  My Mum came from the Wirral, and many parts are lovely, and many accents soft and Welsh.

My sexual awakening. And there were Steffs *everywhere* in my Rhode Island small town. It was pretty terrible. Great with fingers but after a couple of minutes, brace yourself Bridget.  Ugh.
