I recently started watching "once upon upon a time" time on Netflix. It's not too heavy, it's got an interesting story line, and there's about a billion episodes. Good luck with everything.

Teen dramas! They're bizarrely therapeutic. You get to watch all the drama unfold at a safe distance but still cry when you need to cry.

Battlestar Galactica is my personal favorite for mind-numbing sci-fi, but Pretty Little Liars is another favorite.

One movie that helped me put my divorce and attitude afterwards in perspective was "Living Out Loud, " (1998). It's on Amazon Instant Streaming.
