I made kale quinoa quiche for dinner tonight and it was great! Takes awhile to make, so I only do it when I have the time.

Thank you! And I completely understand, talking about it is terrifying!

Yesterday I finally called and made an appointment with a therapist. After a lifetime of anxiety, I'm finally going to take the plunge and give it a try. I had a panic attack while driving last week and it's just getting out of hand.

Just wanted to come back here and let you know I've finally tried the Advair! Last night was the first night in a looooong time that I didn't have that dry asthma cough through the night. Just took my second dose, definitely noticing a difference!

Am I the only one who looks forward to having a gold tooth someday? I have terrible teeth and it's only a matter of time before I need a crown back there. Definitely getting a gold one. Tooth tattoos, however, look weird and cheesy. Just get a tattoo on your ass like everyone else if you want it hidden.

Ditto. He was hot last night! I'm into it.

What is your opinion on the combo inhalers like Advair and Symbicort? They have so many scary warnings and possible side effects.

Oral steroids are awful! I have had to take them a few times for asthma flare ups. My Flovent inhaler has had basically no side effects for me at all.

I've been on a daily inhaled steroid for years and the only weight that I've gained has been from inactivity due to my uncontrolled asthma. You can exercise a lot easier when you can breathe! Inhaled steroids are much different than oral steroids, they stay in your lungs for the most part.

I know, both great characters!

Flovent is a straight steroid so it won't do as much as the Advair, but it's worth a try if you're not liking the Dulera!

Thank you, that helps calm my nerves! I've been on Flovent for three years with no side effects or problems, which is the same steroid as Advair. It's just not doing the job like it used to. I'm sorry your insurance stopped covering it!

Shout out to any asthmatics out there. I'm having a rough allergy season. I go back to the Dr this week and I know they are finally going to put me on Advair. I'm nervous about it and keep reading all the possible side effects. I need to stop obsessing! I'm just hoping it helps and I can breathe again. :/

I am a cardigan fanatic and I make mine last by washing in delicate and hanging them to dry. Don't put them in the dryer! I have had luck with H&M and NY&Co. Ann Taylor always falls apart on me.

I have always had to wear pants through the summer, though if you go for a thinner material that isn't too tight it's not bad. I have a lot of dressy sleeveless work shirts (just bought a bunch from New York and Company) and I pair them with cardigans in the air conditioned office. You can take the cardigan off if you

I'll be that person that forever whines that I wish the show had followed the books more. I really wish we got to meet Quinn, my favorite weretiger. I still watch it though, I've come this far. But man, I miss the early seasons. They were so good.

Are you me?? I was going to post almost the exact same question!

Before we were married, my husband and I took turns buying the groceries. It made it pretty simple and even. We go shopping once a week and just alternated. Now we share a bank account and everything is combined.

Didn't everyone's Mom share this on Facebook already? I feel like it was in my newsfeed all weekend. Maybe I'm dead inside.

I almost couldn't make it through this because of the obnoxious music. Why do people ruin their you tube videos like that?
