I have read the article and the witness claims people in a Yukon winterized the home and also towed the car. I'm sorry, but how does a Yukon tow a car? This single witness, a friend of the deceased, is the only link between the foreclosure and the missing car. I would hardly call this credible information,

and that contractor was working on the behalf of B of A. The bank was not securing the home to do this guy a favor.......they were making provisions to protect their investment. The car, unfortunately, became an asset in this case.

Why would you leave a valuable possession inside a home that was in foreclosure? If this guy wasn't paying the mortgage, he essentially handed over rights to anything contained on the property to the bank. It sucks that he lost his car, but this appears to be a case where stupidity got the best of someone.

I can't wait to see what comes of this pairing.

The irony here is that anti-corporal punishment law seems to specify the exact treatment these students dole out to their instructors. We are now protecting the rights of juveniles to abuse adults. In our attempt to protect children, we have now entitled them to be the aggressors. Educators are powerless in dealing

There is also a 4, 6 and 8 cylinder thing working here. Maybe they were looking for the most obscure car sold with each powerplant in the US.

If a Fiat ever had a "home" in America, SLO is the place. I'm proud to say I was born and raised in San Luis. In my late teens, I spent a bit of time working at German Auto, where I got to sample some choice European automobiles. Owner Jim Thane was one of those assholes you will never forget, but I am glad I

I'd say go electric. An island car is going to be sitting for long periods of time unattended and there will be limited provisions for fuel and/or maintenance parts locally. An electric car can be left on a system that maintains the battery charge....and because there are very few moving/serviceable parts, you can

What's amazing here is the lack of a child abuse or endangerment charge. The guardian's complete lack of judgment nearly killed a kid, and all they got was a ticket? Things must work quite a bit differently in northern Idaho.

Buyer/Seller remorse to me means that money has already traded hands. Once money is exchanged, the deal is binding.

I guess you could say that this idea is ahead of its time.

As usual, the answer is Miata.

Don't forget that it has to be driving recklessly up highway 36 at no less than 90mph.

They don't call em Colorado Cadillacs for nothing.

Lindsay is having to step up her game because of Amanda Bynes. Amanda has accrued 1 DUI while hitting a cop car and a hit and run while in a rental in the past month. Lindsay has to protect her image as Hollywood's biggest train wreck, so I have to assume this accident was intentional. Despite her age and

Its likely the airbags weren't the only thing blown out in that 911.

It's all a big misunderstanding. She was just famished and needed some skrimps!

Who would have thought that the first BMW driver to actually use a turn signal before changing lanes would cause a crash immediately after doing so.

They give this product a variety of different names to try and skirt bans on the product. Its the same thing they did with ephedra back in the day. This stuff is seriously dangerous though. Not only can you end up eating faces, but the bath salts can end up eating you too.

I dunno if this qualifies as a "hoon" so much as bad driving. The guy probably overcooked it into the corner, panicked, and ended up in a throttle-lift oversteer situation. Hooning would have been holding the drift through the corner with smoke boiling off at least 2 tires.
