You're missing my point. Yes, all KERS units can do dynamic braking, but they have a limited amount of energy storage. Once you hit that storage limit, you're back to regular friction braking, unless you have a resistor and heatsink, and then you can perform dynamic braking as much and as long as you want. Dynamic
