Part of the reason he was excluded from service was bone spurs in his foot.

That’s why they’re designated at TAS’s

The fact that it started a pickle I guess triggers the “Caught Stealing” and credits the pitcher... Scorer assumes the pickle will end in an out. When it didn’t, that’s the error.

Difference was, most of those guys weren’t tasked with running modern QB-centric offenses, throwing it 30-50 times a game and maybe a dozen or so read options... Offenses were more balanced and you could succeed even with a shitty QB. Hell, a handful of the guys on your list made super bowls...

Just Drew, Kaepernick, and the Jimmy Fallon/Matisyahu hybrid in the corner

The 224 was a dead giveaway

Can’t believe you left out the most biting critique leveled at Hill by one of her co-workers:

Remember the time Kaepernick pretended to be a political activist looking to change things, then couldn’t even be bothered to vote? Yeah, he’s full of shit.

Also, Lalas has always been more goat than sheep.

I enjoyed it. Might not be for everyone, but I thought it was pretty good.

It seems like it’s mostly used (at least in American football; I don’t know shit about the Aussie game) in a spot where there isn’t going to be caught very often.

You know, I never even noticed the took it away until I saw you mention this. It was the only punting stat that I thought mattered as a kid, we used to go out in my back yard and have contests to see who could get the longest hang-time, which never ended in fights about how to time it and how long someone’s actual

McNair (and a VAST majority of its fan base) is so flag-humpingly old-school white bread, they could go 0-16 and he wouldn’t even be on the radar.

Texans don’t run a zone read offense, and there’s NO WAY IN HELL Bob McNair would agree to sign Kaep.

That totally makes sense. Just an awkward year I guess lol
