I have no problems with people using exploits in single player campaigns. If you are on your own, use every advantage that is out there. Ultimately you as the player have to decide if an exploit is going to ruin your experience or enjoyment or not.

Yeah, you have the county tax on top of the state's cut and then municipalities can add in their cut if they want. That is what Chicago does - so you have state, county, city rates all in that 9.25%. When I lived in Indiana, at the time the sales tax was a flat 5% across the board. So easy to calculate things.
