It's more real because in group/ out of group bias. Additionally a complete difference of experience makes it hard for some people to see that their experience isn't the same as others. I.E. Ferguson DA was a Dem too. Not that it makes much of a difference. A lazy/corrupt politician is still a lazy/corrupt politician. So I doubt party made much of a difference here.

Well, yeah. I meant this is more comparable to a show (there's a script and such) than a news broadcast. It's purpose is essentially the same as Dancing with The Stars or some such. To entertain and not inform (is what I mean).
