Can I be there token white person? I finally might not feel to ashamed to dance. :P

They got really late term aborted? :P

It does. Since he was taken to a hospital someone (I assume the cops since not many people are shown in the portion of the video that I saw) called an ambulance instead of leaving him to die laying in the park like an animal.

It's more real because in group/ out of group bias. Additionally a complete difference of experience makes it hard for some people to see that their experience isn't the same as others. I.E. I haven't seen police be any ruder to a black person that a white ergo my experience would show that they are treated the same.

Why is the State Supreme Court involved in a conduct hearing? They're non-judicial.

? How does open carry apply to any of the piece?

Actually, Tamir died at the hospital not at the park where he was shot.

So vote independent or communist party?

Ferguson DA was a Dem too. Not that it makes much of a difference. A lazy/corrupt politician is still a lazy/corrupt politician. So I doubt party made much of a difference here.

Really? I've only seen that once or twice. Though to be fair I mostly watch things on line and not on the tv.

Well, yeah. I meant this is more comparable to a show (there's a script and such) than a news broadcast. It's purpose is essentially the same as Dancing with The Stars or some such. To entertain and not inform (is what I mean).

Are they actually a news station? I thought they were like Fox (not FN) or CW. They mostly just run shows with some local news shows at night and in the morning.

And voters should have made it an issue. But no one cared enough to insist the candidates give statements on these things or their plans on addressing such. So new management, pretty much the same as the old management. These ones will just find new reasons to not do what they are paid for.

?

Didn't the Dutch have quite a few colonies that made use of African slaves?

Tom and Jerry are actually MGM cartoons. Time Warner just owns distribution rights to the originals. That's why Tom and Jerry haven't appeared in any new WB productions.

Yes. But that doesn't negate that they aren't suppose to blood choke someone to take them down. Also between the 3 officers I'm sure they could have cuffed him without killing him. But regardless it seems (to me) like a jury in a courtroom should be deciding whether they used undue force or not to arrest him.

I might have missed it but is this median household income or median individual income?

That might be a liability thing for them. I hope (though I don't live in NYC so I haven't read there twitter posts) that this is the equivalent to that except with less sue fodder.

I'll admit that I don't know much about the case. But how is a video, an ME statement, and witness testimony not enough to at least get to trial? Grand Juries realize that they aren't in charge of finding guilt, right?
