It depends. Is the looting only looting or is rioting happening too? And what cops are going to stop it? The Ferguson ones who were already overstepping bounds? The High Way Patrol who have other duties and need to police a wide area?

Which is a problem. Even if Ferguson was mostly white why shouldn't police mostly serve the community that they live in? I get the arguments with retribution and being on the take. But then you look for that stuff.
