The biggest single project of mine was probably rebuilding the engine in my MR2.

Must Be the Feeling - Nero - DeTomaso Pantera
That last paragraph sums up my feelings on the “new Supra” whenever that comes out, and reinforces how Honda has followed Toyota down the rabbit hole of beige.
I remember after seeing the trailer I got a very big “Last Airbender” vibe. Sounds like it was pretty spot on.
Uncle Sam would (and has in the past) make sure that doesn’t happen.
This is also highly recommended to do if you plan on wrapping your exhaust, to prevent corrosion. I did the same thing on my 4AG manifold swap tutorial.
I disagree. Every Toyota meet I go to has a zillion A70 Supras, a couple A60 Celica-Supras, but NEVER any other X7 Cressidas.
To get to the original Supra you have to go back one more body style, dude
In VA, especially the Skyline Drive section, it’s mostly 35.
45 is only in a few places. The vast majority is 35mph.
In the 7 years I’ve had my MR2 I’ve never once had a headlight motor failure.
As long as you replace it at whatever interval you’re fine. Or you can get a kit that uses higher quality materials. It’s just something lots of people don’t think about though.

Fun fact: Toyota head bolts are NOT torque-to-yield and can be reused. Best practice? Probably not, but it’s definitely not a stretch torque situation.
They do if they look farther back then the last 10 years, is all I'm saying. Toyota is simultaneously my favorite, and most-hated automaker. They've had such a great history, and have the means AND know-how to produce amazing things once again, but they just refuse.
Turbocharged AWD rally homoligation Celicas, 7,500rpm screamer engines in RWD Corollas, that same engine mid-mounted and supercharged in the MR2, a 2.0 turbo mid engine MR2, straight six GT cars (Supra) that later got turbocharged, those same engine and suspensions on a 4 door sedan (Cressida) not to mention all the…
