I had a burger earlier but now I want another one. I should never be left alone with food...

Yum. I like to make 50/50 beef and pork burgers spiced with jerk and topped with a purple pineapple saw. Soooo good.

Are you sure that it wasn't on purpose? I mean the entire game is about "harmonious dichotomies" right? Is it more the delivery of that happy ending or the fact that it differs from the tone of the game that is the problem? That isn't exactly clear.

Hey Doc, I'm loathe to admit this but I don't know what that means. Would you explain or further elaborate on the use of conceit in that phrase?

I was hoping I wasn't the only one that noticed that.

Never played Grandia but I love tactical turn based systems. I think some game types just aren't for everyone. For example despite my best effort I just can't get into platformers any more. I've tried revisiting favorites from my childhood, I've tried newer games that have been ushered in to much fan fair but they're

That would be my sister, but she wouldn't do it intentionally. I've often teased her that one day I'm going to have to make a hat for her that has Spoiler Alert flashing in neon across it.

Better than Final Fantasy Tactics?

What he doesn't know is I'm about to yank him from that platform....

Yeah that's an exceptional piece, everything comes together well and it tells a story.

Well if I can't have flying cars and robots I suppose this will have to suffice. Welcome to the future!

Nah poor people will still have to do it the old fashioned way.

Fair enough. I was mistaken to assume you were one of the types that means Hollywood when they say western films. Most of the time that's what they really mean, especially when Japanese cinema is also being brought up in this context. Either way it was wrong of me to assume.

Have you seen what Hollywood is pumping out? The good stuff is mostly films based on comic book franchises, and that's awesome, but the rest? Meh. I'm probably less in love with alt cinema than it seems.

If someone is used to "modern western film convention", at the expense of all other kinds of film styles then it may be time for them to expand their horizons. Most western films are garbage, sprinkled with explosions, stuffed full of useless love stories, and an unhealthy fixation on "known" actors.

There seems to be this attitude running through Dota2 players that their game is superior to the other alternatives, so when Valve slips up it brings out the crazy. The fact is Riot is amazing about communicating with their players, it would be difficult to overstate just how much good will they've garnered with their

Says every butt hurt alliance player, ever. ;) But seriously you know the story is more complex than that, it's not black and white, which is why it's a unique take on traditional fantasy lore.

Meaningful dialogue on YouTube is so rare that when found it's almost magical, like seeing Big Foot, flying saucers, or former child celebrities that aren't a complete wreck. I think I'd miss that feeling.

So what, Internet Explorer is now Sailor Late-to-the-party?
