Well, it's because at this point of the game updates just HAVE to be boring. They have a good thing that is a big winner. You don't change your strategy unless you're desperate to catch up with the competition. Apple knows what matters when it comes to providing a good experience, even if the regular user does not.

Ok, fine. Don't! But you can't deny that the phone is undeniably better at everything else their predecessors had, except maybe the screen, which is just the same as the 5, which is still one of the crisper, more accurately and vividly calibrated than in the market. You can't deny that there are very talented

You do know you can still unlock it with a passcode? You're not forced to use the feature. Which is not the only feauture you paid for. You pay for Retina screen, World-Class support, Good build quality, iOS ecosystem, and what-not. You're just looking for excuses.

You listed Matte Black. matte Black is not working.

Because people like to have the latest most awesome new thing. Hey, wanna buy an iPhone?

You know they don't actually provision 10TB to each user, right? Only very few will actually use that much storage. They can just provide a few gigs each, and grow as necessary.

Ok, I get it, companies seem to think that putting out all sorts of form factors is the way to offer choice and what not. I would never go with something that big, but hey, your choice.

How do people notice this? Do you pay people to constantly refresh websites?

And duck, and cover.

Woops. Sorry, misunderstood you there for a sec.

I think that as long as you're confident you can make it all day with intense use, and reaching your daily charging checkpoint with at least a 10% buffer, then that's enough battery.

ok, fair point I guess. But another thing is that unless you're building your spaceships already in space, you still have to get them up there, through whatever atmosphere you may have. (from the books, buggers environments are very close to ours)

Yeah, I charge all of my devices every night, regardless of how much battery they have left. Even if my iPad is at 95%, it'd be plugged in. It's good to form the habit, plus, for me, it's more about having all my devices ready for intense use throughout the day, even if I'm not planning to.

Usually by the time I plug it in at the end of the day before I go to sleep, it's between 30 and 50, depending on usage. My secret? I'm on Wi-Fi most of the day.

I'd say a cylinder would be better to maintain pressurized environments.

It's not FTL. Ships still take n (and just a bit longer) years to reach somewhere that is n light years away. The crew may experience just a few weeks of travel time, but for everyone else in the universe, n years have passed.

In the books, they don't have FTL travel. Ships still take (a bit more than) 22 years to reach somewhere that's 22 light years away. The crew experiences only a few weeks of time passing, but to everyone else, 22 years pass.

Honestly I think the A6 is fast enough. I want to see battery life improvements. (though I'm getting fantastic battery life of my 5 already)

You might want to clarify that Find My iPhone is enabled through an iCloud setting, not by the app. YOU DO NOT NEED TO HAVE THE APP INSTALLED. The app is what you use to see where your OTHER devices are.

so use Google Voice...?
