@GodhandX: There were 17 or so CHAPTERS planned for the series' story, not games. For example, Shenmue 2 had 3 chapters within the game (Kowloon was one chapter). It is very possible that the story could have been finished in 2 more games beyond the 2 that were released.

@Kobun: Public restrooms are mostly squaters, but just about everyone has a standard toilet in their home. They still use the holes in public locations because a lot of Japanese have a problem with physical contact with a toilet seat that strangers have sat on. Apparently, it is ok if it is family.

So does the darts game in Yakuza work like the Shenmue darts game. I wasted away too much time playing darts in Shenmue 2.

@MrMister: You can count me as well among the "Link to the Past was better than Ocarina of Time Guys." I played through Ocarina and enjoyed the game, but I've continued to go back to Link to the Past countless times. The game is still just as fun to play today as it was when it first came out.

@Culebra: I own 3 different Jack games. one for the PSX and 2 for the PC. I'd buy another for the PSN if they released it.

@Super Violent St. Cannon- GOTY Edition: I'm sure it is a great single player game. Unfortunately, I've got a ton of single player games that I still need to play through and I generally enjoy this type of game most when I'm playing it with a friend. @DrXym: an alternative would be to include the firmware update on the disk itself. That way, even if a system/player is not connected to the internet, the disk is able to install the necessary update to be able to read the full capacity of data included on the disk. I'm pretty sure I read of some PSP games

So jealous. I haven't had Japanese osechi for 5 years now. Its unique, but really good stuff.

I'm an Android user. The main reason being that the iPhone doesn't have a physical keyboard.
