Here’s your daily reminder that as bad as vehicle emissions are for the environment, as well as the problems with EVs, what you had for lunch is probably much worse.
ICE is far cleaner and more efficient than electric.
I’d support the cheap Ranger idea. And speaking from experience, a regular cab, 4 cylinder, 5 speed Ranger is pretty fun to drive (and light weight).
Yep, death wobble is something to watch out for. Land Rovers typically can’t go fast enough to induce it. Given the choice, I’d be a Land Cruiser guy anyway.
They won’t not have a Rubi. That would be higher priority than a diesel or pickup. There would be riots in the streets of Toledo. And it’s a cash cow anyway. It’s possible they would wait to officially reveal it though. Don’t remember what the rollout was like for the last few gens.
For offroading, it’s the last vehicle out there anywhere near this category with a solid front axle (G-Wagon and some HD pickups). Yeah that’s a little disappointing.
I guess it also depends on how big the boat is....
Just got back from a trip all around northern Italy. Quite a bit of graffiti there too. I guess I would expect it in more industrial cities like Turin, but less so in Venice and Florence.
And you know the supercars are safe in Italy!
