Okay, I’ll mark you down in the “Part of the Problem” category. In a developed country, with near infinite options, anything other than a plat-based diet is pretty much unethical. Anything else is just marketing propaganda - there is no ethical meat or dairy. Don’t fool yourself.
People have been eating meat for millennia. We’re biologically programmed to eat meat.

Sorry if I hurt your feelings, but I just wanted to make it clear that your lifestyle is detrimental to your health (CVD, various cancers, etc) and enormously harmful to the planet. These affect me by helping to keep healthcare expensive and affecting many aspects of the natural world that I live in and enjoy.
I’m not one to wish ill will on my fellow man. But I’ll say that while your outlook on diet is abhorrent, at least you won’t be around for as long as you could be.
