Yes, but mainly becasue the guy who runs it donates to Trump etc. Coachella isn’t really their scene nowadays, but playing in front of people less familiar with their message is a pro. Also, they did play the first one, so it gives them a bit of clout there.

The Frontier has always been a great truck. I would not buy this one with the new motor becasue the fully redesigned truck is supposed to come out for next year. This year is a beta test for the motor.

I agree that the GX is the sweet spot right now for the reasons you mentioned. But that is also even more of an issue with the 80 Series, which would be more money, time, and work to keep maintained. If you’re not going rock crawling, there’s no reason to get an 80, even before considering price versus the other…

I like the 3rd gens but they’re getting up there in age and all will have tons of miles now which just means it will be more upkeep. But if budget was a deciding factor, I would support it.
