The yogurt thing confused me as well. I thought he counted days in (dairy) yogurts and that therefore a day = 2 breakfast yogurts and 1 snack yogurt or 1 breakfast yogurt and 2 snack yogurts or maybe a breakfast yogurt, a lunch dessert yogurt and a snack yogurt, maybe in the evening?
