Well maybe in his non-public school etiquette class they only had crunchy pineapples. Ugh, when will people learn that money does not equal class.

Gah! I did not need to know that. I will be getting some this week or at least making some.

Ugh I know how you feel. After leaving the NE I haven't seen it. You should find a friend who will send you a "special package." I did that for my husband who was missing Heady Topper real bad.

Love Festina. You should try Founder's Cerise. It's a sour cherry ale released during the summer. So refreshing while lounging.

Omg yes ! True story, I made a kick ass Tock out of clay for a project about this book.

Well he set the bar awfully high didn't he? That is love, beautiful beautiful love.

I agree with you. I hope a good doctor takes all the facts and considers each circumstance case by case. If a doctor makes their patient feel like a bad person than she/he needs to find a doctor that will have the time and patience to listen. As a healthcare professional, when I make suggestions to breast

I honestly think its benefit vs. risk. If a mom ( like one of the 'Bels that commented) have PPD I think it is important she takes her medication. I wouldn't understand why someone would question that. The OB should be able to answer all questions and if not they can look it up.

Ms.NinjaCate you are awesome. I am goin to start following you on GT ASAP.

Totally agree with you! I will say though you cannot always look away. This one woman would come up to the register breastfeeding her baby. I honestly could care less because a newborn needs to eat often and will not wait for a blanket or a special room. It is natural and I don't understand why it is so

I understood your point. My point was that I know students that were in these programs and they did not feel ashamed. They were happy to be in college and getting an education. It did not diminish their accomplishment at all. Those students that were accepted because they were a minority , economically disadvantaged

Well I'm glad that isn't what you meant because there are some people that truly think that. I'm just sick of that generalization and the "wow, good for you black girl for getting an education and not getting pregnant " looks . Sorry for the attack !

Where was the racial preferential treatment that you claim is occurring ? In this instance there is proof that it did not occur.

"It's true that the university, for whatever reason, offered provisional admission to some students with lower test scores and grades than Fisher. Five of those students were black or Latino. Forty-two were white.

I'm sorry but AA does not diminish anything for that student. If someone wants to look at person by the color of their skin or because they are poor and judge them then that is not right. A person that does that, is a jerk. I was an black female that went to a damn good engineering school for undergraduate degree. I

Wow ! I don't know if you were trying to imply that if you are NOT white then that means you get pregnant , go on subsidies and your parents make wrong choices. What you wrote was extremely offensive how I read it. That is not what white privilege means at all and not what the author meant. Now you are the one making

This is from another article I read:

I agree! Can I also say I can't see Ms.Fox playing April either ? April is smart, sharp and witty. I'm just not seeing it.

Adoption is not that easy or instantaneous. I have known a couple of my friends that stayed in the foster system until they aged out. We already have a lot of children that need adoption. In addition, there is not guarantee that the child will go to a good home. Also, asking someone to carry a child for 9 months and

I read that somewhere. I wish I still had my backpack super soaker from 3rd grade.
