stop looking too much into it and enjoy the car

Do you know how many fewer Dodge Chargers there are now because somebody greenlit The Dukes of Hazzard?

That’s an interesting point. And to the author’s point, “In a world of 271 HP WRXes and 241 HP GTIs, though, is that enough?” the SI exists as a competitor to the Elantra Sport (not N), and the Kia Forte GT. All 3 have nearly identical power ratings with the Si as the only one that currently includes a limited slip

Huh, your wife told me yours was small

I mean, Biden is personally responsible for making car companies from other countries make hybrids over the past two decades. I heard he puts the batteries into the cars, himself!

Wow.

I’m just going to say it. Front wheel drive is OK. It’s fine, good even. Plenty of fun to be had in FWD cars.

It’s called full time four wheel drive bro.

Golf R or AllTrack.

Asking for a RWD Mini is like asking for a hydroplane with a sail.

It is completely different than those other things you mentioned and this is an asinine comment. The manual transmission is something enjoyed by true driving enthusiasts. People still use paint and brushes to create art even though there are computers. Pianos exist next to synthesizers and Pro Tools. I still cook over

Yeah I wouldn’t hold your breath.

Sounds like someone doesn’t actually like cars or driving. Just go and buy your boring car with the two pedals and the wheel that turns and you’ll be happy. Make sure you get the one that insulates you from the experience of driving the most so you aren’t exposed to all of those horrible sensations. Try not to fall

What you mean is that a CEO has to disrupt something to stand out.

This is the problem with seeing cars/racing as a utility. If it’s not “progress,” it doesn’t need to exist. I mean, football doesn’t need to exist, either, but people still watch it.

Sometimes people do things just to see if they can, and that’s okay. Not everything needs to save the world or bless your little life.

Damn dude.  Well put.

I don’t care about these hitting the road nearly as much as I want to see it at La Sarthe

I really don’t see how this is hypocritical. I’m sure the truckloads of money spark a lot of joy for her.

The kids working here are not journalists. They might be journalists someday when they grow up. This is “infotainment”.

Oof. I should have used front engine / not front-engined.
