If you think it drives like a boat, you've obviously never driven one. I've driven one numerous times on a road course, and it may not be particularly effective, but its beautifully balanced and very easy to control at or over the limit. Possibly the most fun car I've ever driven on track.

Oh absolutely. My own Miata is getting supercharged and I vastly prefer NA or a supercharger setup to any turbo. I’m just saying if it has to be turbocharged, I’ve enjoyed driving bigger turbo cars more, at least where traction is a concern.

Yeah I don't believe either car has any fancy boost-by-TPS or boost-by-gear tuning. I'd really like to drive something that has that on track and see how it feels.
