Not surprised, since the judge disallowed a ton of Samsung's evidence

i think Gizmodo writers need to smoke more weed before seeing 3D movies

oh man, pizza rolls... i remember discovering them on my last trip to the U.S. and falling in love with them... now i miss them :(

yeah, vanilla races need an update ASAP

do they not work for comissions? I used to work in the electronics department of a department store back in college and if i didn't actively sell, i didn't make much money

Same here... some days i feel like i'm just target practice, especially on big maps (i'm looking at you Caspian Border)

Actually, they have upgraded it significantly... WoW on Ultra on a big city attack or raid can put even powerful systems to the test

They already have another MMO project in the works (only known as "Project Titan"). It's safe to assume that when they realize WoW is near it's End of Life they will announce and release that

I guess when you put it like that it comes down to the definition of innovation. I see it as doing things that haven't been done before. sometimes innovation fails and is forgotten, but i think it's important that companies (and people) keep trying to be first to do something, or industries stagnate (i'm a consultant

Microsoft is being innovative by doing away with the basic design conventions of what a phone interface should look like. HTC is innovating with new materials (micro arc oxidized aluminum). Android had Voice Actions before anyone at Apple thought of Siri. android also introduced the Notifications Drawer that Apple

i don't know... after growing used to my HTC One S (not a low end phone, but still) everytime i handle an iphone it feels downright primitive...

did you give it acess to your twitter, facebook, gmail and tweets to customize predictions? it makes all the difference.

Apple is a marketing innovator... they haven't been a tech innovator in a while...

Nice, best metaphor i've seen to explain why some people choose each phone

You don't need to do any of those things to have a better phone than the iphone... my perfectly stock HTC One S puts my friend's 4S to shame when it comes to speed, it's thinner, has a better camera with a host of features the 4S doesn't have...

i've actually been playing since january in a fairly regular manner...

just saying... in 160+ hours i've only ran into one hacker, who was promptly votekicked from the map... every other hackusation i've seen is usually some kid raging because he got dunked by the 10th time in a row...

Most of the problem seems to be people trying to cram 64 palyers in maps not designed for 64 players. Metro is of course the biggest offender, but when played with 32 or 24 players it is actually fun.

just because you don't like them doesn't mean they don't exist, or that other people can't like them

bad players think everyone who is better than them is hacking
