I agree, although not so much funny in a ha-ha way, more funny in a milk tasting funny because it's gone off way.

My husband is in graduate school to become a psychotherapist. Sometimes its balls — mostly because he has so much damned homework to do and I miss him so much, but also because every once in a while he starts testing out something he learned in class with me and I can really tell and it's annoying. However, I'll say

Without a doubt, Magical Negro or some variation on it. Absolute WOOOOORST.

There is an amazing movie theater close to where I work where you select your seat beforehand (like in an airplane) and everyone gets a huge leather recliner to sit in (unlike an airplane). No need to put coats on seats or anything. Also, the tickets cost the same as at all of the other local theaters, so no premium

If I ever come by that part of the country, I will be sure to try them! Thanks for the rec!

YES THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT ALWAYS HAPPENED CRUMBS ALL OVER THE PLACE AND FROSTING UP YOUR NOSE.

FACTUAL. All of the cake flavors tasted the same, and by the same, I mean not at all.

A good bakery that sells delicious things is always in fashion. Quality trumps trends every time.

Me gon BITE dem cheeks.

I agree that they are pretty. I suspect their best use is as a paperweight or doorstop.

YES the little cupcakes in packs of, like, 7,000 or so. How they mocked me.

Same here, my friend. Nothing but consistent disappointment.

I could not taste the difference between the devil's food and the white cake, to be honest, because the cake had so little flavor of its own.

Wow that is incredible! Thank you for confirming my suspicions. I knew them things were stale.

Thank you. I am glad there is someone else who has noticed these things.

This is why Crumbs has failed, and it is only partially to do with the eternally changing trends in desserts: Crumbs cupcakes are horrible.

I agree with you; grown people know if they are self-actualized or whether they want the job that they want. I'm glad your wife knows both of these things :)

I can't help but agree with you, Ari, especially in certain social circles, people get all disappointed about other people's career choices and don't seem to be satisfied with anything less than fame and fortune. What is the "best" job, anyway? Tell your wife to pay them no mind, the snobs that bother her.

Any time, my mono friend :)
