I, too, have been sick for a week (Coxsackie virus, aka blisters in your throat and mouth and on your hands and feet) and I am SO UNHAPPY. But! I am a mono survivor and I'm here to give you the facts:

Thank you! Any time :)
I LOVE Animal Science Major, he is totally gorgeous. Actually, that's the problem — all of these people are too gorgeous. Is there not one grungy looking person at this college? Like one big, over-muscled dance major with long, unkempt hair and a smattering of acne? OK, so I'd like to be part of your web comic, so…
Thank you so much for the support! Your kids are lucky to have a mom like you, who is interested in the types of teachers and doctors that are in their lives, and want them to appreciated for the people that they are.
VI = visual impairment. Both this client and I are visually impaired, but in different ways. She has a low vision-type visual impairment (think nearsightedness that can't be corrected by classes or contacts) and I have a field of vision-type visual impairment (I have no sight in one eye and only a small field of…
Thank you SO much for the encouragement. I can't tell you how much it means to me.
It's so funny to me, that my clients whose parents are very wealthy are the ones who don't pay me in a timely way, but my working class families always, always pay on time. It's as if they understood the value of money to working people or something!
Thank you so much. Sometimes I just get emotional about my work so I vent, and I really appreciate your reading what I wrote and your support.
Why thank you, yes I know! He is such a cuddler, too, and my best buddy :)
Congratulations! That sounds like so many great reasons to celebrate!
Just having some feelings over here. I know that I shouldn't be having them, but I am.
THIS is something I'd suspected. Thank you for confirming my suspicion!
My arm hair is black and totally visible. I almost never wear sleeves, but I don't know if that's showing off my forearms, exactly (I just sort of *have* arms). It's great that you like the way it feels and looks, but I just don't think it's a big deal and I don't have any friends that do it.
That little girl was the cutest — totally innocent, no filter!
I haven't gotten an ass-y comment about my arm hair since I was thirteen. One of the little girls in my ballet class once said, while pulling my arm to get my attention, "Oh, Mizz Krishna, your arm is so hairy!" I told her I'm just very good at growing hair, and she was totally satisfied with that.
Who ARE these women who remove arm hair? I have never done so, and none of my friends do it (to my knowledge). I am NOT old (32) and a large proportion of my friends are in the performing arts (acting, dancing, musicians, etc.). I live in NYC for regional context, and have lots of friends who are Jewish, Italian,…
Yeah, I never dated a man that ever cared at all. Then again, I have really only ever dated really great, intelligent people, so it could be I was just lucky.
I'm also a teacher and I love those students, too!
I didn't shave very often in college because I was really busy and nobody seemed to care, including my boyfriend. I could have gotten an easy A if I'd been in this professor's class! Maybe even extra credit because my body hair is jet black and grows faster than bamboo.
I have no idea whether she reveals her real age or not, but it's possible that they just know her age because she's worked with so many people, etc. She is very possibly the most beautiful woman I have ever seen in person.
