Marrying Inigo also makes Morgan ridiculously OP, and provides you with 3 possible rightful king skills. Currently, I have the two running around as a father/son team (Inigo is a swordmaster, Morgan a grand tactician), and almost every attack from Inigo procs a luna, sol, or astra, while almost every one of morgan's

using second seals, you can reset the level of the character back to 1 in any base class they can spec into, so you can grind someone by, say, getting them up to a level 20 merc then using a second seal to drop them back down to a level 1 merc (or changing them to a different base class so you can get them other

I should add, though, that playing the stat game is part of what tends to make me end up liking characters in games. I greatly enjoy mathing things out, and if I like that in a game, well, what's wrong with that?

Just like in pokemon, the lower level the character is when you get them, the stronger they end up being in the late game. With FE:A it's less of a problem, because you can just grind with reeking boxes and second seals (much less viable of an option on hard, though), but you can basically assume that any character

Donnel? A liability? Are you kidding? He's the unit with THE best stat progression in the entire game. Getting him to max, turning him into a merc, then maxing him again and making him a hero causes him to basically have max stats in everything except magic and resistance.

To be fair, on hard (and presumably lunatic), you can't really afford to sit and grind all day, since reeking boxes cost FAR more gold than they do in normal, and you can't get a profit out of using them. You also have less money in general, so you have access to fewer second/master seals than on normal mode as well

I personally can't decide which characters I like the most (well, besides Donnel, Nowi, and Panne), so I'm playing through the game multiple times. Beaten it once on normal (to get my bearings on the game) and once on hard (will probably eventually go through on lunatic as well), and now replaying it on normal so I

Well, in my game donnel has reached level 20 3 times (villager -> fighter -> warrior)... and maxed all of his stats except magic and resistance. Both of those were still some of the highest stats out of all my characters, too

So THAT'S where that chainsaw arm GIF is from... XD

These are all well and good, but... Where's Cat Mario on this list? D: I mean, it even has Cat in its title!

Probably Blissy or Shuckle. Mostly because I set up an unkillable defense team built around those two that just sits there and slowly kills my opponents pokemon. It always makes me so happy to do so, as I've always loved passive aggressive play styles in games because it's always so funny to basically break the way

"From Fire Emblem we need the most recognizable ones: Marth, Roy, Ike, Lynn, Eliwood"

Reread the manga fairly decently. It's still decent, though not on the OH MY GOD ABSOLUTELY AMAZING level

Now playing

As much as I love the new op, I still love the first one just a little more

nah, it's just classic shonen. Back in the 80s, that was about the standard for shonen stuff... Shonen has toned itself down a lot in the past 30 years

...do I smell a shop contest coming on?

It's something of a deconstruction of the standard magical girl formula. It's actually quite dark and thought provoking, and the only reason the art style is set up that way is to make it feel more like a traditional magical girl anime. Quite worth watching, if you have the time

Another Fast Karate fan? And yeah, I'd love to see their reaction to this review XD

Not saying anything will, simply pointing out that other companies in the anime licensing industry do in fact do what crunchyroll does. Not, as you pointed out, that it actually stops people from pirating anyway, of course >.>

Funimation does that too, actually (and vizanime, through hulu)... still doesn't seem to stop people from putting up illegal fansubbed versions of the shows :\
