Sakurai himself. He said that Dark Pit, Lucina, and Dr. Mario were simply the result of him deciding to make a few small balancing tweaks to what were otherwise alt costumes for their base characters.

I'm pretty sure that box art is fake. It's only for 2 players, not 4! >:(
I used to (and still do!) play Brawl with two of my friends a LOT. Our silly, dick around rule set tends to be "down b only. Shielding and dodging are allowed, and you can pick up items (which are set to high frequency) with air dodges, but not the A button. You can also toss an item away with grab, but can't do…
So, I don't know the laws related to SWAT or anything, but is it actually legal for them to turn off his camera like they did at the end?
Does Bigby, from the Wolf Among Us count?
That's presumably the level of the AI - it goes from 1 to 9.
...Holy shit, Dragonlance. :O Thank you. Thank you SO much. I had TOTALLY forgotten about those books! I used to read them all the time when I was a kid (the YA versions of them, anyway). They were right up there with Deltora Quest in terms of my love for them. I need to go find some of those books and read them…
These are definitely all REALLY solid games (Phoenix Wright and Hotel Dusk are probably some of my favorite games available on the DS, besides The World Ends With You), and Steins;Gate, Katawa Shojou, and a few others that have been mentioned here are also awesome...
Funimation has it in the US. Also, you might know Kuroshitsuji better by its English title: Black Butler.
The pirates in Nevada get major kudos for taste, but it's pretty disappointing that they can't just buy the game on Steam, since it just got rereleased and only costs $20, and that includes Thrones & Patriots.
Yeah, it's pretty rare to see kids actually get voiced by, well, kids in anime. I know that it was done in Usagi Drop, but I can't think of any other anime that have done it off the top of my head.
I would suggest checking out Orcs Must Die Unchained. It's more fast paced than standard mobas, and uses the traditional OMD camera angel and such. It's a pretty fun game, and it's in beta right now.
Pretty sure its ability has been confirmed to be pixilate.
My biggest gripe with the show is not just the lack of world building and character arcs (although those are definitely a big problem the anime has), but also that the manga does such a good job of starting with a small scale story ("hey, you and me, we've got ESP! Let's go fight bad guy ESPers and be heroes and…
Also, if I remember correctly, wasn't it originally an April Fool's joke to point out how ridiculous it is for people to purchase super expensive virtual items? And then a good number of people actually bought it, and they decided to keep it going, because hey, money, right? :P
Man, how awesome would it be to get a character from Jojo's in SSB? Hell, how awesome would it be for Namco Bandai to just release all star battle here in the US? :P
He's a character from Jojo's Bizarre Adventure
Actually, they seem to be talking about how they're probably not putting it onto the Wii or Wii U Virtual Console. Unless I'm misunderstanding that quote :P
Yeah, I guess I can't disagree with you on that :P And yeah, it really is unfortunate that Microsoft hasn't better utilized Rare at this point
To be fair, the Rare of today is not the Rare of the SNES/N64 era. From what I understand, most of the original staff aren't actually part of Rare anymore.
