to be fair, it was originally an arcade game, so of course it didn't really have a strong ending

...I'm so confused...
no, Robin Williams has said that it's because he and his wife were gamers and loved the legend of zelda games.
That would make them hate Nintendo even more. PETA, in all of their insanity, believe that the domestication of animals shouldn't be allowed, and all animals should be released into the wild to survive on their own. Including pets like cats and dogs :P
@Mythos Nah. Four
What in the world are you talking about? First of all, why is it necessary that people hear of Shinobi before going out to buy the new game (new IPs are being made all the time, I don't see why a less known, but already existing IP should be any different). Second, why are you talking about Nintendo? They aren't…
I wouldn't really count Deus Ex and Borderlands as First Person Shooters. More like RPGs with FPS elements.
That's what I used to think... then I played some FPS games. There are quite a few unique first person shooter's out there. I still, however, have very little interest in playing CoD (or BF, for that matter)
I was wondering if that was what you were using... I still gotta download it!
good thing I use totally different passwords for my forum account as compared to my actual steam account! :D
I... see no difference. Maybe it's just because I have a totally untrained eye?
I've heard that NightSky is pretty good. Fate of the World is fun, but incredibly complicated and doesn't have a good tutorial, so it tends to leave you feeling kind of lost. I have no idea about the other two, though, though Ben There/Time Gentlemen sounds like a fun game (fun games?)
Huh. Well, like I said, the sites that I tend to frequent gave it decent, if not great ratings. I'd say just completely ignore the user scores, though, they seem to usually be full of trolls and fanboys :P
Alright, I'll give it a look once I have some money. ^_^
1) Nintendo didn't choose the pricing for Plants vs. Zombies. That was PopCap . 2) There has never been an Angry Birds game (or a game remotely similar to Angry Birds) on a Nintendo system. And even if there was, it would, again, not be up to Nintendo what the pricing of the game was.
Freakyforms looks pretty interesting. Is it worth the $7 it costs?
Maybe I've just been looking in different places than you, but the majority of the reviews I've seen for it said that it was a solid - if short - game that was definitely worth picking up once its price dropped. A C+/B- rating, sure, but I haven't seen anywhere that gave it the equivalent of a D-
I'd say that Wayforward has made some really damn impressive looking games (Boy & His Blob is the first that comes to mind)
yeah, they have. Though I'm betting that Nintendo would be charging more for this b/c it's a SNES game rather than a NES game. Though I highly doubt it would be more than $10 :P
who said they'll be charging $30-$40? I just assumed that they would be releasing this as one of those "3D classics" games that have been coming out on the 3DS. $15? Maybe. $10? Most likely. but $30-$40? I highly doubt it
