No WiiU version?
Sorry, bad joke is bad.

Racists? Calm down, dear.
Can’t wait for the E3 coverage, lots of shots of top down, isometric, turn-based battles. Made by Obsidian, a true sequel to the original two games.
All wishing aside, can’t wait for it. Hopefully they take a few pages out Obsidian’s book when it comes to making it feel more like a Fallout game, though.
Oddly enough, in the forums and on review sites there seems to be this air of, “If you like the game then you are a child and you are trying to be edgy, you like bad games...this game offers nothing”
This comes across more childish than the apparent immaturity of the Hatred fans, it’s actually quite hilarious. For a…
I think it has been fun so far, can’t help but feel people are taking it far more seriously than it even takes itself. Quite enjoy the combat, the shooting and quite like some of the level design.
Not a bad game by any means. Nothing special though.
Suddenly had the urge to boot up Morrowind and run from one end to the other. *Sigh*
Welcome to 2009-2010, PS4. Bit late, but thats cool...
What is so gross about it, exactly? I get that you don’t care for it but aside from the tasteless cringe worthy dialogue, that seems to get a free pass in any JRPG, it is actually just a fun little shooter. It’s nothing special, but it’s not a terrible game by any means.
Maybe people shouldn’t get caught up in drama…
Personally i think a game should be based on being fun, but maybe I’m being old fashioned. A game can focus on everything you just listed and still be a bad game. All you have seen of Hatred is the controversy, that’s fair enough, is that all there is though? You seem to be saying that a lot, so far it has only been…
It may not be a court, but usually people like to have something to base their opinions on to some degree. Someone caused controversy(or the public caused it) = bad or silly game? Doesn’t really add up.
It could well be bad, but no one has played it so no one can really say. That’s the point here, people writing off things before they have even had any experience with them.
I am with you on that they are using the negative press for publicity, but you have no evidence to support that is the only thing this game has. You can close your eyes and avoid it, claim it is a terrible game without any actual experience of it...but it just looks ridiculous.
The game could be shit, but you have no…
Just bask in the nonsense i guess, apparently people need “gains” and “rewards” to justify the blood-letting.
The controversy is an element to it, but i don’t think they made it solely for that reason alone. Have you played the game yet? Can you attest to it being nothing but a product to incite controversy? Can you really write off any of it’s game play and any enjoyment people might get from it?
Fair enough if it ends up…
May i ask why some people think this is a good idea? I understand maybe locking off adult games somehow, but just banning them outright just shows they have idea how to handle it.
I am actually looking forward to Hatred. I can understand people wanting to ignore it, but the people already calling it a bad or stupid…
You are possibly being a little defensive about Goldeneye, no? Judging by your replies to myself and a good few other people here. :P
As mentioned in other replies, Dark forces II:Jedi Knight, Hexen 2, Quake and Quake II, Duke Nukem 3D, Realms of the Haunting, Strife, Powerslave/Exhumed and even Thief were all created…
It was the only option for a lot of people, i enjoyed it back in the day but it has aged horribly. In comparison to the PC shooters of the time, and ever the years before it, it was actually quite lacklustre.
Though the two games in question were great for a certain audience, they didn’t change the industry standards.
Probably too early to say anything concrete at the moment and I’m sure optimizations will be in place by launch. If it is even half as good as JC2 i will be more than happy.
Sorry, Nintendo made what now? They had nothing to do with the games initial praises.
Nintendo loves screwing Nintendo every chance they get. If they want cross platform games then they should make hardware that doesn’t require a whole load of effort to port them to.
