I get people preferring sticks on their pad, but is anyone actually trying out the haptic pads for mouse based games, like strategy or point an click adventures? I'd really like to know how well it fares for that.

It seems obvious to use a normal pad for action games, but this is not what i would want that pad for. I

Stupid haircut matches his stupid well worn jumper that he probably bought last week for a few $1000

I'd rather MS just grew their own talent and didn't just keep buying up whatever they can. I can't see a lot of people being happy with this if it does go through, it would be a terribly sad day all round.

Wouldn't expect anything less. Nintendo is all about the money and they ain't ever gonna change. It's not cause they want to create quality localizations etc, it's all about the money. Simple as that.

It strikes me as very odd that these lists always include games that are available on other platforms, I know this gets updated all the time but surely these should really be kept as exclusive lists?
As mentioned earlier in a comment, a lot of these are also on PC and are probably the better version. Doesn't really do

I personally think Sonic All-Star Racing Transformed is better than Mario Kart 8 in almost every sense, but i also think Mario Kart 8 is a bit of let down and overall is a bit mediocre. So there is that...

Am i the only one that say this pic and thought that they should make populous in minecraft?

Probably...

I always preferred the Master System too.

I can't wait to see another one, as long as it gets a western release i don't really see too much problems.

And we think our charts are full of rehashed sequels and re-releases...

I think i need to be alone for a second...

Isn't it supported on GameRanger? I'm not sure about AoE1 but the rest of them certainly are. It's been a godsend for old strategy games, Battlefront and...well, Yu Gi Oh!, i guess. :/

Still, after all these years, one of the best.

It's amazing how well Sensible Soccer holds up today, It's just a big shame that a lot of people didn't play the Amiga original. Mind you, pretty much every Home Computer game gets overlooked in today's "Top Retro Games" lists. John Hare has spoken about this a few times in interviews; you can see top 100 lists

The Trial is a real pain in the arse, but i think it really does test the player. It could have been better but there really is no way you are going to finish the game unless you can finish the temple.

While they are at it, they could maybe give the player the choice of choosing FPS over resolution and vise versa. It's been a fairly standard function for quite a while now.

Im hate have other clients like Origin and Uplay but GOG are probably one of the best providers of games at the moment and I welcome one from them.

Never thought much of this controller. It's not bad, but it's far from great.

I think it's far more odd that people are judging only the screenshots. Showing the game in action really shows the difference from the console versions and the PC version.

My first experience with Home Computers was either something on the BBC Micro or the ZX Spectrum, didn't have my own machine until i got an Amiga though. I remember people bitching about some 360 games being on 2 disks, obviously all born after the 12 floppy disks and code wheel days... :/
