They’re probably trying to give some value to a hardware upgrade that’s largely only benefited those who REALLY wanted to play Xenoblade on the 3DS

I share those same thoughts. I didn’t do enough research and went in to this game expecting some Monster Hunter-like. The combat in this is extremely shallow in comparison and the loot/weapon trees definitely lack the same complexity of MH. Here one weapon is discarded for the next numerically superior one.

Let’s play Monster Hunter together Mike. Explorers to me is a neutered version of Monster Hunter anyways.

My problem isn’t with the price, to be honest. It’s more to do with the implementation of the Amiibo for a couple of reasons.
