Yeah, Uncharted 3 looks as good as this, sometimes better. It's insane. And Killzone 3 is the best looking FPS in the world, imho. Crysis is shiny as fuck, but doesn't actually gel as well stylistically as Killzone. Doesn't look as together.

The team sizes are the biggest difference.

Watch Dogs is 360 and PS3 bro.

It's announced for PC, 360 and PS3. Says so at the end of the article with the video blowout on this game.

Heavy Rain's actors were real, just, for the most part, French. Apparently playing the game with the French language option on and English subs feels more 'right' than the default English option.

Most people are saying it's simply a high-end PC rig demo. Which is probably the case.

Survival horror and co-op could definitely work. The problem is that making those two elements work requires some real innovative and risky game design moves; moves that a AAA publisher with an AAA game are not going to take. They're going to keep it like the singleplayer option, whereas horror co-op really needs its

The point of this sort of video is to be watchable and eye-catching, but most importantly show potential. While the gameplay in this vid isn't stunning by any means, it's there to give us a hint of what we can do in the full game. The interconnectivity of the hacking/ data systems shows this off: if he can do these

Did you even watch the video? The action looks the same as GTA, but the way the city interacts couldn't be more different. All about the data stored about pedestrians/ individuals, traffic light systems, computer systems that run the city, communication and identification; and the player using these to advance their

Yeah this trailer's upsettingly action-focused. Tbh, it was a while since that preview, the developers might have been forced to turn it around into an action title (especially considering the game's been pushed back), but I sure hope not.

Uncharted becomes a lot more than just what Tomb Raider should have been in 2 and 3. Honestly play those.

This game's almost open world. There are branching routes and hub areas you have to return to, and a large focus is on survival; eating, drinking, patching up wounds.

Christianity.

Excellent link, thanks bro.

It's exactly the kind of 'gameplay mode' (as Hall puts it) that I've been looking for since the idea of the 'zombie game' or the 'apocalyptic game' crossed my mind. Open world, interconnecting and emergent (realistic, too) survival game mechanics.

I felt the same way and actually wrote my rant out, see it above.

'Scuse my French, but:

The general consensus seems to be, man, that the splitscreen mode in that game just sucks. Might be more worth it singleplayer. Which people seemed to enjoy.

Sounds like a lot of the problems were on the console versions? Nice review.

Ah yeah, I watched those on the HD collection discs, I think. Yeah it definitely sounded like it'll be linear, but they wanted a bit of a sense of player freedom (which is the way to go really).
