Absolutely. A mod of a game would never look similar to the expansion of that game. And it’s obvious having a large room with two levels and railings is unheard of before this mod. It’s also true that these screenshots are absolutely not cherry-picking similar scenes of... Large rooms... And conversations... And dead…

This is something I really like and respect about the Game Grumps. They have a set thumbnail format and they stick to it, where every other game-oriented channel has really moved to clickbait. I’ve unsubscribed to channels specifically because I don’t want to look at that crap.

That being said if you haven’t seen the show in a while it’s still going to be funny. If anything when you watch the show and catch up on episodes you’ll get the same fan-service kick, just in ‘reverse’ where the show feels like a callback to the game.
