Agree - but did you just compare a privately funded and owned team’s budget with a public city civil engineering dept’s taxpayer-funded budget? During Coronavirus?
Yea that tracks. 2020 sucks.
I feel the same about Imagine Dragons. I don’t know when they became “The New Nickelback” but they don’t seem douchey nor do they seem obnoxiously sincere with terrible hair.
Not looking forward to the winter cocaine memes involving 4 series and snow accumulation on the nose
I don’t get offended - I get it. It just wastes my time because I’ve done the price/market comparison before I list it for sale. Ideally, if someone offered close to what I list for, I’d consider it, but that is never the case in my experience.
Overly simplistic, but yes. A lot of people don’t have time/effort available for 2) and 3). Also there may be tax advantages if your trade-in value goes in towards a new purchase at a dealer.
That’s why I always price my used items at maybe the 3rd lowest price on eBay. And never set up “Allow offers” because they are always, always low bids like your example above.

You had me mentally running through lyrics for a min. “It sounds so familiar, was it Nickelback?” Of course, it was not.
Why are luxury brands stepping over each other to see who can make the ugliest car? It’s like an ongoing dare on how many rich suckers they can pull in...except nobody wins
The whole “we are all adults now and have better shit to do” makes me think that he’s been planning this for a while, and the tweet just gave him the most convenient door to walk through.
Lexus peaked with the LC - it drops my jaw every time I see it in person. After this, the spindle can’t possibly improve, so they should adopt a new design language.
Interior’s actually pretty great after the ‘15 refresh. Just, please, for the love of god, power seats.
So did Enterprise. I feel Tom didn’t answer the question - rental fleets have EVs, but why aren’t they up for sale like gas cars. Very limited supply is the probable answer.
