Her acting highs from Silver Linings Playbook hasn’t really been topped yet, IMO.  I feel bad that she decided to continue to be Mystique to the point of rapidly diminishing returns.

The people who complain about representation have never lived their lives in those other shoes - they’ve never felt marginalized or ever saw less than 100% representation. It’s been their resting state, and they feel any change to it is unnecessary or “woke” or somehow offensive to that state.

What’s with the shot stitching a few seconds in? The rest of the clip shows it as one shared scene

Detroit Lions go media account found

True, but it did add dimension when used properly. Gravity was another great movie in 3D - the chaotic explosion in the beginning resulting in the CanadaArm swinging directly into the viewer, and later the floating teardrop literally sitting in your living room. Not required for watching and enjoying it but I’m going

Yup, he even went back and remastered Titanic into 3D, which was amazing on Blu-Ray (he even corrected the stars in the night sky to accurately portray the constellations that night).  Too bad 3D never stuck around

But it didn’t, really?  Because they still see this random kid with a bird over his face or obscured.

Who?  Oh...Kamilah’s sister.

As a guy who took 5 years of French, can’t really speak it but can make it out piecemeal if I’m reading it, if you turn the subtitles on it’ll show the french being spoken. So SPOILER ALERT:

Yup they zoom in on a character’s mouth as they speak Russian, and mid-sentence they change over to English as the camera slow pans out.  Pretty clever way to make the transition

Seeing Oscar Isaac on TikTok, maybe this is how they announce things outside of Comic Con now

What is going on in that scene though - point blank shots and neither one is shot, are they to be deflecting the bullets with their swords?  No matter, cool af

“Okay this time recording as SHIELD!”

Hope it’s not like Curb Your Enthusiasm, which is only made when Larry David feels like it.

S2 really dialed back the Family Guy-level jokes, which was much appreciated.

I’ve seen it.  My point is that some sites don’t even bother hiding headlines.  Something like this instagram post gets picked up by pretty much every major news outlet and now someone knows CT is in a Marvel movie.

Well the headline literally says “Charlize Theron’s new Marvel character”

Sigh this is why you almost have to go watch Marvel movies opening weekend.  Apparently Theron and Marvel don’t care if you don’t want to have credit scenes spoiled.  What’s the alternative - stay off the internet completely?

What’s funny is I watched the latest Top Gun trailer, saw Maverick’s love interest Jennifer Connelly and was like again with the younger love interest.  But no, she’s 51.  Looking damn good

It started out so good...for 2 episodes.
