Weird.  Over a hundred flights with Precheck and I’ve had to show ID each time.

No, you still need to show your ID at security with Precheck.

This Free Press article I read this morning about this had a statement from Samsung saying it was a planned descent, ie they selected a rural area for it to come down. Um...someone’s farm may be rural but it’s still someone’s property, and they could have been killed.

I haven’t followed wrestling since the WCW D-Generation X days - but that differential in pay scale between male and female wrestlers seems crazy. Especially since every promo that butts into NFL Sunday show a seemingly equal number of male and female wrestlers.

I rented a V6 Charger from that era - the 2.7 V6 barely made its way up the interstate through the mountains.  Hard plastic as far as the eye could see.  They are much nicer now.

From an A7 to a Malibu back to a big German sedan?  This guy refuses to be pigeonholed!

You also run the risk in the future of powertrain warranty denials - after you pay the $190 diagnostic fee of course, just for them to tell you it’s not covered because you didn’t change the cabin air filter per the manual schedule 3 years ago.

I drive a Charger and I can’t get past the neanderthal thinking I see on Mopar FB pages and forums: “duuur electric bad, it’s like driving a toaster, go hug a tree, blah blah blah.” I love muscle cars/sedans and have driven them 10+ years, and I can’t wait for the marriage between affordable performance and electric

Seriously. It didn’t sell well then, won’t sell well now. People (who actually buy cars) just hate wagons - it’s like the uncanny valley of a SUV/CUV/sedans size chart

I once asked a Brembo booth guy at an auto show, why the 4-piston brakes on my Charger Scat Pack squeal so much. He basically shoved responsibility back onto FCA for optioning for cheaper brake components. Yea but they’re still Brembos, no? I get the whole “drive like you stole it” to keep it from squealing but, it’s

I know right?  It’s B-A-N-A-N-A-S

It’s not slightly irrational, it’s just irrational.  Things can and do catch fire with gas cars all the time.  When it happens to an EV, everyone freaks out for some reason just because the method of immolation is different.  Like others said below, if your McMansion is poorly built then I’d be worried more about your

This was Ya Heard? With Perd.

Lol.  We asians get harassed all the same, we just don’t get shot w/o cause.

Mine took 9 mo or so to update.  And certain sections of the road have different update dates.  Who knows.

I don’t see these Streetview cars often so I remembered that day vividly.  Then I just kept checking that road’s streetview once a month or so after that day. Soon enough, my car appeared :)

Cops here have more important things to do than pull us over for no front plates.  State troopers have pulled me over 3 times, every time a warning.  Even they know it’s not preferred.

Construction union for the police station and city hall have exclusive repair contracts.  The multiple attacks on city facilities every year is putting union members’ kids through college.

Another reason why I refuse to install a front plate.  Here’s me chasing a Google StreetView last year.

Yup. They’re only going to raise the bridge section of the rails, so trains can do a ramp jump when it goes over the bridge. #notastructuralengineer
